Andreia Silva is Head of Operations at Landing.jobs, leading the matchmaking team that connects top talent to amazing companies. Andreia holds several years of experience in Recruitment and Executive Search both in Europe and in Asia-Pacific, having a particular interest for Internet companies. With an academic background in Business, Andreia worked initially as a Management Consultant with focus in strategy, talent, operations and technology.
